Delivery
The following delivery times are as accurate as possible but individual experience may vary due to the delivery companies used not being under our control. For this reason no responsibility can be accepted for late deliveries:
UK Standard Shipping - the following working day, by 5.30pm, on all order placed
before 2pm the previous working day.
Saturday Delivery (UK only)
We do not currently offer Saturday deliveries.
Stock Items
Items held in stock will be despatched within a maximum of 24 hours of us receiving confirmation of your payment for your order (Monday to Friday only). If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched once the full order is available.
Out of Stock Items
Back-order items normally arrive with us within 2 weeks but can sometimes take longer.
If your order is not ready for dispatch within 14 days, we will send you an update via e-mail.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you an exact replacement product or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective item. Additional shipping and handling fees are not charged for replacement items.
